Returns and Exchanges – Smooth Sailing Guaranteed

Product Guarantee: We stand by our products. All Harbor Loot goods are guaranteed to be free from defects.

60-Day Return Policy: If you’re not satisfied, return your item within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be in original condition or show a defect from normal use. Only purchases from HarborLoot.com can be returned here; if purchased from another platform, please contact them directly.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please log into your account and select the returns option. Then select the items you would like to return. We will take it from there, and if needed, send you a prepaid shipping label to mail the item back to us. If you are having difficulty, or need additional help navigating the returns process - feel free to email us at contactus@harborloot.com with your order number, the items you would like to return, and reason for a return. Refunds: After we receive your return, we’ll confirm and process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs: Harbor Loot covers return shipping costs.

Exchanges: For exchanges, follow the same return process, letting us know what you need in exchange.
